What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of social workers within the Family Safeguarding and Support Team, ensuring high standards of practice and service delivery.
• Ensure effective safeguarding practices are in place and adhered to, to protect vulnerable children and families.
• Work collaboratively with partner agencies and stakeholders to develop and implement tailored support plans for families in the community.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Oversee caseloads and resource allocation, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery that meets the needs of the community.
