What you will do:

- Manage a team of up to seven social workers along with two Social Work Consultants, Educational Psychologists, and Family Workers.
- Oversee a team of Frontline Trainees, with one of the Social Work Consultants taking on the line management responsibilities for them.
- Supervise all social work staff to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Allocate work appropriately and efficiently among team members. Chair strategy meetings and Public Law Outline (PLO) meetings, supporting the team in legal and procedural matters.
- Quality assure all written work produced by social workers to maintain high standards.
- Attend and present cases during fortnightly legal clinics for Service and Strategic Managers.
- Carry out additional tasks as requested by your line manager to support the team and organisation.
