Team/Specialism: East Locality

Pay Rate: £40 per hour (assignment rate)

Contract: Locum, 3-Months

Duties:

• Attend and chair a regular range of meetings when needed
• Oversee the timely completion of assessments to facilitate hospital discharge and create flow
• Support planning skills to Commission support and care
• Manage the completion of needs assessments
• Undertake managerial actions: - complaint investigation/ staff management and performance

Requirements of the Team Manager:

• Degree or equivalent in social work
• Current Social Work England registration
• Knowledge of care Act
• Knowledge of safeguarding legislation
• Knowledge of Mental Capacity Act
• Risk management skills
• Ability to manage a varied case load and manage staff members
• Must have Social Work experience
• At least 1 year experience within a similar role
• Able to work from home remotely and be a car user to travel in and around East Locality Are
