What you will do:
- Manage and lead the Duty & Assessment team to deliver high-quality services for children and families.
- Oversee case management and ensure timely responses to assessments and care planning.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Liaise with multiple agencies and partners to develop and implement effective intervention and care strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate service delivery, ensuring compliance with statutory guidelines and best practice.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- A strong background in Children’s Services with significant frontline experience as a Team Manager.
- Managerial competence with experience in roles such as TM, DTM, or ATM.
