What You Will Do:

• Carry out comprehensive Child and Family Assessments
• Develop and implement Child in Need and Child Protection Plans
• Work collaboratively with long-term teams and partner agencies
• Support and mentor newly qualified social workers and students
• Share best practice and contribute to team development
• Promote restorative approaches in all areas of practice
