What you will do:
- Lead and manage the Next Steps Team within Children’s Services to ensure exceptional standards of service and care.
- Set strategic direction and implement policies to continuously improve service delivery.
- Supervise and support team members, fostering an environment of professional growth and collaboration.
- Allocate resources efficiently and manage budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to ensure the integration of services that meet the needs of children and young people.
- Maintain compliance with statutory obligations and national best practice standards.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Recent managerial experience, ideally as a Team Manager, Deputy Team Manager, or Assistant Team Manager.
- Proven frontline experience in Children’s Services as a Manager.
