We are seeking a committed and compassionate Deputy Team Manager - Social Work (Short Break Service) to join our Adult Safeguarding team in the stunning island setting of Guernsey, UK. What You Will Do:

  • Lead on complex safeguarding functions including Duty to Inquire and full Adult Safeguarding Investigations, following established protocols and legislation.

  • Actively participate in the Multi-agency Safeguarding Referral Decision Hub, ensuring robust strategy decisions for adults at risk.

  • Provide high-level safeguarding consultation and advice to internal departments and external partners, championing best practice.

  • Work as part of a specialist multi-agency safeguarding team, using your expertise to influence systemic improvements
