What you will do:
- Support the team manager in overseeing and coordinating social work activities and ensuring service delivery meets quality standards.
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance, support, and professional supervision.
- Assist in the development and implementation of team policies and procedures to improve service user outcomes.
- Oversee case management, ensuring effective assessment, intervention, and evaluation practices.
