What You Will Do:

  • Manage and prioritise a caseload of up to 20 children, ensuring each case is approached with diligence and thorough assessment.

  • Work across Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection (CP), Public Law Outline (PLO), and court-related tasks, applying your expertise to deliver robust interventions.

  • Operate both independently and as part of a passionate team, demonstrating initiative and sound professional judgement.

  • Maintain accurate, timely case recordings in line with statutory standards and organisational policies.

  • Attend the office every Monday, with additional office days as required, and balance remaining hours through remote working.

  • Build strong communication channels with families, partner agencies, and colleagues, always advocating for the best interests of the children you support.
