What you will do

• Pre‑Birth Assessments: Provide comprehensive assessments to expectant parents to create clear and effective intervention plans during pregnancy and early infancy.
• Caseload Management: Manage a focused caseload of approximately 8 to 10 cases, ensuring families receive tailored, high‑quality support.
• Multi‑Disciplinary Working: Collaborate with a range of professionals to design and implement strategies addressing each family's unique needs.
• Family Empowerment: Support families to understand available resources and services, enabling informed decision‑making.
