What you will do

  • Caseload Management: Manage a focused caseload of approximately 8 to 10 cases, ensuring families receive tailored, high‑quality support.
  • Multi‑Disciplinary Working: Collaborate with a range of professionals to design and implement strategies addressing each family's unique needs.
  • Family Empowerment: Support families to understand available resources and services, enabling informed decision‑making.
  • Review & Evaluation: Regularly review and evaluate intervention plans, adapting approaches to ensure optimal outcomes.
