• Provide high-quality, professional social work support to families within the Families First Team

• Undertake comprehensive assessments to identify the needs of children and their families

• Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams and partner agencies to coordinate services

• Offer guidance, support, and mentoring to junior staff, sharing expertise and best practice
