What you will do

  • Mental Health Practice: Deliver a high‑quality, person‑centred service for adults with mental health needs in line with statutory guidelines.
  • Complex Case Management: Manage complex cases while maintaining a high standard of professional practice.
  • Leadership & Guidance: Promote strong frontline practice and work closely with the AMHP Lead where required.
  • Legislative Compliance: Ensure work is conducted in line with the Mental Health Act, Care Act 2014, Children Act, and Council policies.
  • Supervision Responsibilities: Undertake social supervision of conditionally discharged patients as needed.
  • Empowerment Focus: Promote service user independence and empowerment throughout all stages of assessment and intervention.
  • Safeguarding: Carry out statutory safeguarding interventions in accordance with multi‑agency protocols.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure appropriate information sharing in line with data protection requirements.
