What you will do:

• Work collaboratively with a team of professionals from different agencies, sharing information to help safeguard children and vulnerable individuals.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of cases, providing expert guidance and making informed decisions to support the well-being of those at risk.
• Liaise and build strong relationships with partner agencies such as the police, education, and health services to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive response to safeguarding concerns.
• Provide valuable support and advice to families, helping them navigate challenges and find sustainable solutions.
• Prepare clear and concise reports and documentation, ensuring all actions and decisions are accurately recorded.
