What you will do:

• Lead and manage complex cases involving vulnerable children, ensuring that their safety and well-being are prioritised.
• Assess the risk levels faced by children and young people, collaborating effectively with partner agencies to make informed decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports and plans for children that meet statutory requirements and contribute effectively to case conferences and court preparation.

• Utilise your excellent communication skills to build trusting relationships with children, families, and partner agencies, facilitating effective interventions.
