What you will do

• Risk Assessment: Conduct assessments and gather information to evaluate risks and needs of children and families.
• Referral Management: Work within the MASH Team to ensure timely and effective responses to safeguarding referrals.
• Care Planning: Develop strategies and intervention plans to support and protect children at risk.
• Multi-Agency Collaboration: Liaise with partner agencies to deliver coordinated safeguarding responses.
• Case Recording: Maintain accurate and detailed records, preparing reports for decision-making processes.
• Mentoring & Support: Provide guidance and support to junior staff, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
