What you will do:
- Assess and manage complex cases within the Intervention Team, ensuring the safeguarding and welfare of children and families.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues, sharing your knowledge and experience as a Senior Social Worker.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with statutory requirements and organisational policies.
- Lead meetings, reviews, and case conferences to support effective decision-making and care planning.
- Promote positive outcomes for children through high-quality social work practice and partnership working.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration.
- Significant experience within children's social work and safeguarding/intervention services.
- Strong assessment, communication, and case management skills.
- Ability to manage complex caseloads and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
