What you will do:

• Lead and manage a caseload of fostering cases, ensuring high standards of service.
• Provide supervision and support to foster carers, assisting them in providing excellent care.
• Conduct assessments and reviews for new and existing foster carers.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
• Deliver training sessions to foster carers and participate in fostering panels.
• Work in accordance with legislative frameworks and local policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all interactions and interventions.
