What You Will Do:

Conduct thorough assessments of children, families, and prospective foster carers to ensure the highest standards of safety and care.

Develop and implement care and support plans in line with statutory guidance and local authority policies.

Initiate and manage care proceedings where appropriate, representing the local authority in court settings.
