What You Will Do:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of children, families, and prospective foster carers to ensure the highest standards of safety and care.

  • Develop and implement care and support plans in line with statutory guidance and local authority policies.

  • Initiate and manage care proceedings where appropriate, representing the local authority in court settings.
