What you will do:

• Manage a complex caseload involving Children in Need (CIN), Child Protection Plans, and safeguarding interventions.

• Undertake assessments, interventions, and reviews in accordance with statutory guidance and local authority procedures.

• Manage both private and public law cases, including court-related work and the preparation of high-quality assessments and reports.

• Ensure children and young people's wishes and feelings remain central to all assessment, planning, and decision-making processes.

• Develop, implement, and review child-centred plans that promote safety, wellbeing, and positive outcomes.

• Conduct direct work, home visits, and meetings with children, young people, and families.

• Work collaboratively with partner agencies, including education, health, police, an
