What you will do:

• Work collaboratively with children in care, their families, and related professionals to ensure the best outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews of children’s needs and contribute to their care planning.
• Ensure safeguarding procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for court proceedings, as necessary.
• Provide guidance, expertise and supervision to less experienced team members.
• Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to share insights and updates.

Senior Social Worker Requirements:

• Must be registered with Social Work England
• Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work
• Bring proven UK-based experience working as a Social Worker in a similar role
