What you will do
- Case Management: Manage a complex caseload of children and families requiring statutory intervention.
- Assessment & Safeguarding: Conduct assessments, risk analyses, and child protection enquiries to promote safety and wellbeing.
- Care Planning: Develop and review tailored care plans to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Legal Processes: Lead on child protection, children in need, and court proceedings where required.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and carers, ensuring their voices are central.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and informal supervision to less experienced staff, supporting their development.
