What you will do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and inform intervention planning.

Develop, implement, and review care plans with a strong focus on safeguarding and child welfare.

Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners, including health, education, and housing professionals.

Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior social workers within the team.

Attend and contribute to team meetings, case conferences, and multi-agency strategy discussions.
