What you will do:

Manage complex cases involving children in need and child protection, using your expertise to assess and mitigate risks effectively.

Mentor and support students, trainees, and less experienced colleagues, fostering their development and contributing to a knowledgeable team.

Develop and share specialist knowledge within your area of practice, contributing to the continuous improvement of the service.

Support the team manager and collaborate with colleagues, leveraging your experience to enhance outcomes for children and families.

Prepare detailed assessments and reports, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality documentation that informs decision-making processes.
Job Requirements:

Advanced practitioner, qualified at level three or equivalent.

Significant post-qualifying experience within a statutory Children's Service setting.

Proven experience handling high-risk, complex cases.

Excellent skills in analysis and report writing.
