What You Will Do

  • Manage a statutory caseload, providing high-quality support to vulnerable children and their families.

  • Deliver assessments and interventions in line with the Children Act 1989 and statutory guidance.

  • Take urgent action where required to safeguard children, working within Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018.

  • Apply childcare legislation and guidance relating to child protection, children in need, and looked-after children.

  • Undertake high-quality, holistic, child-focused assessments that capture the voice of the child and inform clear planning.
