What you will do:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of service user needs and develop effective care plans.
- Work closely with children, families, and multi-agency teams to safeguard at-risk individuals.
- Provide professional leadership in situations of high complexity, ensuring the highest standards of practice.
- Act swiftly in emergencies to protect and support vulnerable children.
- Maintain accurate, timely and factual records and reports.

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Hold a degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current registration with Social Work England is required.
- Significant frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker is essential.
- Full-time availability is required.
