What you will do

  • Receive, screen, and triage contacts and referrals regarding children at risk or in need of support.

  • Analyse information from multiple agencies to identify risk, thresholds, and appropriate interventions.

  • Make informed safeguarding decisions in line with statutory guidance, local procedures, and best practice.

  • Work collaboratively within the MASH alongside partner agencies to ensure timely and effective responses.

  • Produce clear, high-quality written records, analysis, and recommendations within agreed timescales.

  • Contribute to strategy discussions, risk management planning, and safeguarding decision-making.

  • Participate in supervision, reflective practice, and continuous professional development.

  • Work flexibly to meet service demands, including potential shift or rota patterns where required.

Salary range

  • £36 per hour
