What you will do

Receive, screen, and triage contacts and referrals regarding children at risk or in need of support.

Analyse information from multiple agencies to identify risk, thresholds, and appropriate interventions.

Make informed safeguarding decisions in line with statutory guidance, local procedures, and best practice.

Work collaboratively within the MASH alongside partner agencies to ensure timely and effective responses.

Produce clear, high-quality written records, analysis, and recommendations within agreed timescales.

Contribute to strategy discussions, risk management planning, and safeguarding decision-making.

Participate in supervision, reflective practice, and continuous professional development.

Work flexibly to meet service demands, including potential shift or rota patterns where required.
Salary range
