What You Will Do

  • Conduct Care Act Assessments and Social Care Reviews to support the wellbeing of adults in the service.

  • Manage court and legal work, providing expert advice and guidance.

  • Undertake Mental Capacity Assessments and make Best Interest decisions.

  • Engage in safeguarding duties, completing urgent assessments promptly and effectively.

  • Support the AMHP service, contributing to Mental Health Act assessments as required.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues, utilising guidance from senior staff for complex cases.
