Role Responsibilities

• Triage incoming safeguarding concerns to ensure timely and effective responses.

• Conduct assessments under Section 42 of the Care Act, determining appropriate safeguarding actions.

• Evaluate risk and implement robust safeguarding plans to ensure the safety and wellbeing of adults at risk.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive safeguarding interventions.

• Maintain accurate, high-quality records to support accountability and transparency.

• Undertake travel across Lincolnshire for home visits, assessments, and direct client engagement.
