What you will do

• Manage a varied caseload within the Locality Team, delivering high-quality social work services

• Complete assessments and develop tailored care and support plans

• Work closely with multi-agency partners to achieve the best outcomes for service users

• Provide guidance and informal mentoring to less experienced colleagues

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in line with legislation and local policy
