What you will do

Service Leadership: Support the Integrated Substance Misuse Service Manager in delivering and developing high-quality substance misuse services.
Clinical Expertise: Lead psychosocial interventions and act as the subject matter expert within the service.
Service Development: Ensure treatment approaches remain innovative, evidence-based, and responsive to service user needs.
Team Management: Provide leadership, supervision, and line management support to Recovery Workers.
Case Management: Manage a small caseload of complex service users, ensuring personalised care planning and intervention.
Resource Allocation: Oversee the allocation of referrals and ensure appropriate interventions are delivered efficiently.
Multi-Disciplinary Working: Work closely with healthcare professionals and prison staff to deliver integrated care.
Quality Assurance: Monitor service performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
