What you will do

• Support the Team Manager in leading, managing, and motivating social work teams

• Analyse risk and implement strategies to achieve positive and sustainable outcomes for children in care

• Advocate for children and young people, working collaboratively with Police, Health, Education, and partner agencies

• Support and oversee clear pathway planning to help young people plan for their futures

• Assist with recruitment, induction, training, supervision, and performance management of staff

• Act as a Practice Educator, mentoring and developing social workers within the team

• Contribute to decision-making processes and chair meetings as required
