What You Will Do:

• Conduct assessments to identify the needs of children and families
• Develop and implement tailored care plans in partnership with families and agencies
• Monitor and review cases, adapting plans as required
• Advocate for children’s rights and ensure their safety and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate and compliant case records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated support
• Engage in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
