An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Children’s Social Worker to join the Children’s Front Door Team in Exeter. This ongoing full-time locum position offers a competitive hourly rate of £38.00 and the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting children and young people across Devon.

What you will do:
Assess and review the needs of children and young people referred to the Children’s Front Door service.
Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners including police, health, education, and probation services to address safeguarding and child protection concerns.
Gather and analyse information from a range of sources to determine appropriate interventions and responses.
Initiate safeguarding actions and interventions to prevent harm and promote the welfare of children.
Maintain accurate records and ensure clear communication with both internal teams and external professionals.
