What you will do:
- Collaborate with individuals to help them regain control during a crisis, using a person-focused approach that emphasises their strengths and the support available through services and community networks.
- Employ the Three Conversation approach to better understand and connect individuals to valuable resources and support networks, enhancing their ability to live independently or with assistance.
- Engage effectively with multi-agency teams, providing comprehensive support and safeguarding vulnerable adults.
- Utilise your strong knowledge base, including legal frameworks, theories, and models relevant to Adult Social Work.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
- Completion of the ASYE year or equivalent experience in a statutory setting.
- Experience in Adult Social Care.
- Experience working within multi-agency and court environments.
- A valid UK driving licence and access to a car are required, although exceptions may apply under the Equality Act.
