What You Will Do:

• Complete Care Act assessments and develop asset-based support plans
• Undertake carers assessments and ensure holistic evaluations
• Carry out Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions
• Support Continuing Healthcare (CHC) processes
• Engage in Court of Protection (CoP) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) work
• Manage safeguarding enquiries under Section 42
• Collaborate effectively with multi-agency partners
• Contribute to decision-making on complex cases

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration
• Experience in Adult Social Care, ideally within Learning Disabilities
• Strong knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, safeguarding, and
