Job Title: Adults Senior Social Worker - Mental Health Team

Location: Tolworth Hospital

Salary: £32.00 - £34.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Contract Type: Ongoing, Full-Time (32 hours per week)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adults Senior Social Worker to join a well-established Mental Health Team based at Tolworth Hospital. What You Will Do:

• Manage complex cases as a key point of contact for service users
• Conduct Care Act 2014 assessments and determine eligibility
• Develop personalised care plans and commission appropriate services
• Lead or support safeguarding enquiries to protect vulnerable adults
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and partner agencies
• Provide guidance and signposting to ensure holistic support

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
• Experience in adult mental health services
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Care Act, and community resources
• Ability to manage complex caseloads effectively
