Salary: £32,020 – £36,298 per year (up to £38,296 + £3,000 Market Forces payment)

What You Will Do

• Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver mental health social work services.

• Provide high-quality interventions using strengths-based and community asset approaches.

• Conduct assessments, support planning, interventions, and evaluations using the Three Conversations model.

• Manage safeguarding enquiries and handle complex situations with professionalism.

• Maintain Social Work England registration and ensure compliance with the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Mental Health Act.

• Participate in weekly reflective meetings and receive excellent supervision in a supportive environment.
