The ideal candidate will have strong person-centred values, excellent communication skills, leadership experience, and a solid understanding of Positive Behaviour Support and Applied Behaviour Analysis. Experience in behavioural assessment, intervention development, and supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism is essential. Candidates should also have a proven track record in reducing restrictive practices, delivering PBS training, and strong skills in record-keeping and report writing.
