An exceptional nursery in Birmingham is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher Lead to join their team starting January 2025. Responsibilities of the Nursery Teacher Lead:

  • As a Nursery Teacher Lead, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Leading the nursery team, the Nursery Teacher Lead will inspire and foster a nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported.
  • The Nursery Teacher Lead will develop and monitor each child’s progress, identifying individual needs and providing tailored support to help them reach developmental milestones.
  • Fostering positive relationships with parents, the Nursery Teacher Lead will keep them informed about their child’s progress and experiences in the nursery.
  • Collaborating with nursery assistants and staff, the Nursery Teacher Lead will plan and deliver creative learning activities that support the EYFS framework.
