What you will do

Case Management: Manage a caseload of children and young people involved with the Youth Justice Service, ensuring effective intervention and support.
Assessments: Undertake comprehensive assessments of risk, need, vulnerability, and protective factors.
Intervention Planning: Develop and implement personalised intervention plans aimed at preventing offending and reducing risk.
Direct Work: Build effective relationships with children, young people, and families, delivering meaningful interventions that encourage positive change.
Safeguarding: Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, ensuring the welfare and protection of children and young people.
Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with social care, education, police, health services, and other partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes.
