Your Role as a Support Worker:<ul>
<li>Supporting individuals with mental health conditions in a residential and community setting</li><li>Encouraging independence with daily living tasks</li><li>Supporting service users with hobbies, activities, and social engagement</li><li>Building positive, professional relationships with people who have varying needs and abilities</li><li>Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing always</li></ul>
Requirements:<ul>
<li>Aged 18 or over</li><li>Right to work in the UK (no sp0ns0rship available)</li><li>Minimum 6 months’ experience in a healthcare or support setting</li><li>BSL (Basic Sign Language) training preferred but not essential.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults</li></ul>
