What you will do
- Caseload Management: Manage a varied caseload of children, young people, and families requiring statutory intervention.
- Assessment: Undertake assessments in line with legislation and local procedures.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement child-focused plans addressing identified risks and needs.
- Safeguarding: Identify and manage risks, ensuring effective child protection measures are in place.
- Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with education, health, police, and other partners to deliver coordinated support.
- Report Writing: Prepare high-quality assessments and court reports, presenting evidence where required.
- Relationship Building: Engage with families to promote positive change and improve outcomes.
- Professional Practice: Maintain Social Work England registration and engage in supervision and CPD.
