What you will do:
- Lead and manage the Family Support Team to deliver high-quality services.
- Develop and implement Care and Support Plans tailored to each family's needs.
- Ensure the effective management and delivery of Child Protection Plans.
- Manage complex cases, including Public Law Outline proceedings and attendance at court hearings.
- Support team and professional development, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with other social work teams and partner agencies to manage cases effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance and implement improvements where required.
- Foster a supportive and innovative team culture focused on achieving the best outcomes for children.
