What you will do

Fostering Assessments: Undertake comprehensive Fostering Assessments, Connected Carer Assessments, Form K Assessments, and Viability Assessments.
Carer Supervision: Provide regular supervision and support to Mainstream Foster Carers and Connected Carers.
Annual Reviews: Complete Annual Reviews to ensure fostering arrangements continue to meet required standards and outcomes.
Panel Participation: Attend and contribute to Fostering Panels, presenting assessments and recommendations where appropriate.
Support and Guidance: Offer ongoing advice, support, and professional guidance to foster carers.
Training Delivery: Participate in carer training programmes and support the development of fostering skills and knowledge.
Recruitment Activities: Assist with fostering recruitment initiatives and promotional activities to attract prospective carers.
Safeguarding: Ensure safeguarding concerns are identified, managed, and addressed in accordance with statutory guidance and policy.
Case Recording: Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality records, assessments, and rep
