Qualifications / Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification: Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification.
- Registration: Registered with Social Care Wales.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with technology and software used in social work settings.
