What you will do:

• Support the delivery of services to children and families within locality teams, alongside the Principal Social Worker and Team Manager.
• Manage a small caseload, ensuring effective case allocation and follow-up.
• Collaborate with other professionals to provide assessments, planning, and support for children's welfare and development.
• Assist in delivering specific interventions, including those related to youth, speech and language, occupational therapy, and therapeutic practices like CBT and DBT.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of services through feedback and participation in team meetings.
• Act as a key contact for children and families, providing advice and support to enhance family wellbeing.
