Senior Practitioner - Adult Social Care Mental Health Team We are seeking a qualified and experienced AMHP Social Worker to join our Adult Social Care Mental Health Team as a Senior Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting colleagues to develop their practice. As a Senior Practitioner, you will: Manage a complex and diverse caseload, with a focus on cases requiring advanced skills and expertise. Provide professional guidance and leadership to our Social Workers and Social Care Practitioners.
