What you will do:

- Provide support and case management to service users on their recovery journey

- Utilise strong communication and IT skills to maintain and update records effectively

Key Requirements:

- Experience working as a Recovery Coordinator or Recovery Worker is essential
- Strong understanding of substance misuse services and recovery-focused practice
- Proficiency in completing assessments, recovery planning, and managing cases
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills combined with IT proficiency
