  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and early years legislation.

  • Meals provided during your working day
  • On-site parking
  • Work within a beautiful nursery surrounded by extensive outdoor learning spaces
  • Join a supportive team that values high-quality childcare and professional development

Nursery Manager Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
  • Inspire, support, and develop a dedicated team of Early Years professionals.
  • Maintain compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and Ofsted requirements.

  • Oversee recruitment, inductions, supervisions, and staff development.
  • Monitor occupancy, budgets, and operational performance to ensure the nursery's continued success.
