This service is seeking a confident and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead a well-established nursery that prides itself on delivering outstanding childcare and education.
The successful candidate will have previous nursery management experience, strong leadership skills, and a thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and Ofsted expectations. A Level 3 qualification is essential, while a Level 5 qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) would be highly desirable.

Nursery Manager Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification as a minimum.
- Level 5 qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is highly desirable.
- Experience as a Nursery Manager is essential.
- A strong history of achieving positive Ofsted outcomes.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework, safeguarding, and early years legislation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding childcare and education.

Nursery Manager Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the nursery, ensuring exceptional standards of care and education.
- Inspire, support, and develop a dedicated team of Early Years professionals.
- Maintain compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and Ofsted requirements.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and confidently prepare for Ofsted inspections.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and external professionals.
- Oversee recruitment, inductions, supervisions, and staff development.
- Monitor occupancy, budgets, and operational performance to ensure the nursery's continued success.
- Create a positive culture where children, families, and staff feel supported and valued.
