Pay: £15.91 per hour Mon-Sat, £17.82 per hour Sundays Hours: Up to 48 per week (12 hour shift 08:00 - 20:00) About the Role You'll be supporting a young man in his 20s who due to a spinal injury has complex clinical needs, including tetraplegia, chest down paralysis, limited hand function and risk of autonomic dysreflexia. We're looking for someone with experience in support work and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy. He lives in an adapted bungalow with a 24/7 care team, enjoys the gym, TV/film, music, rugby and has an active social life with family and friends. Your role will be to support him physically and emotionally, helping her live life to the fullest.
